Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods/services we do not provide refunds after the product/service is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read service description before making a purchase.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are only refundable if we conclude that services cannot be offered or beyond the scope of support. All deposits for services are considered final, may be transferred to a different date, used as credit towards future services, or applied as credit to current invoiced balances. If services have been declared non-serviceable or beyond the scope of work we will refund the full amount minus any fees for transaction.

EPOXY Coatings Non-Refundable Policy

We understand that making any purchase decision, especially concerning your property, is essential. We believe in transparency, so we’d like to provide clear reasons for our policy on epoxy coatings:

  1. Material Acquisition Costs: The 50% deposit required to place any order is directly related to the costs incurred to procure the epoxy materials. This amount does not factor in any labor costs or profit margins for our company. It purely represents the direct cost to get the necessary materials in hand.

  2. Manufacturer Return Policies:

    • Some manufacturers do not accept returns unless there’s an error or issue with the order or the material itself. This policy restricts our ability to refund orders.
    • Even when manufacturers do accept returns, they often have strict conditions. Typically, they allow returns only within a 30-day window, impose a 25% restocking fee, and require us to bear the shipping costs for returning the items.

Given the above constraints, when we order materials based on client requirements, we are making a firm commitment to our suppliers. If a customer changes their mind after an order is placed, we would incur significant losses if we were to offer a refund.

We appreciate your understanding of our non-refundable policy for epoxy coatings. Addendum: How are outstanding balances and provided materials handled?

In the rare event that a customer wishes to discontinue the project after placing the epoxy coating order:

  • Providing Materials: If all outstanding balances, such as labor or any work already performed, are paid in full, we would be more than happy to provide the materials initially ordered.

  • Retention of Materials: If there are outstanding balances and they are not settled, we will retain the ordered epoxy materials as a form of payment. This approach is based on the fair principle of recouping costs and is a standard procedure in our line of business.

We deeply value our customer relationships and always aim to act with integrity and transparency. We believe this approach ensures fairness for both parties, considering the commitments and expenditures already made.
