Restoration of stone is the restoring of worn stone–marble, travertine, granite, etc.—to the state in which it was installed. Or better. It may also entail the altering of the stone’s surface to match a desired finish of the installation’s owner or management. In some cases an owner may desire a polished finish to be changed to a honed finish or vice versa. Restoration includes the use of such techniques as: polishing, honing, grinding (lippage removal), deep cleaning, sealing, and chip/crack repair.

We appreciate your interest in our services. While we understand the value of free demos, we have made the decision to offer paid demos at this time. The investment for the demo covers our time, materials, and expertise. This payment can be used as a credit towards your balance if you choose to proceed with our services. Please note that the payment for the demo is non-refundable. We believe that this approach allows us to provide the highest level of service and ensure that we can deliver the results you expect. Thank you for understanding.
While we strive for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee 100% removal of stains in terrazzo or any natural stone. The success of stain removal depends on various factors, including the type of stain, the composition of the terrazzo, and the depth of the stain penetration. We have a track record of successfully removing stains to a range of 70-90%, but it is important to note that each case is unique. Some stains may be more challenging to remove if they have deeply penetrated the terrazzo, while others may be superficial and can be improved upon. We always recommend performing a test or sample to assess the expected results and provide you with a realistic outcome. Our goal is to deliver the best possible outcome for your terrazzo while managing expectations.
Effective January 1st, 2023, we have made changes to our billing policies to ensure smooth and secure transactions. As a result, we no longer offer net billing terms, except for established relationships from the past. This decision was made due to previous instances where builders did not meet their payment obligations, which impacted our operations.
To maintain transparency and efficiency, we now require payment upon receipt. This approach allows us to promptly address any concerns and ensures that our services are fairly compensated. Please note that our decision is not a reflection on your reputation; it is a precautionary measure based on past experiences.
We value our partnership with builders and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact us. We look forward to working together and delivering exceptional results while fostering a mutually beneficial business relationship.
