Stone Restoration Technician

Training & Growth Path

This is a hands-on role working with natural stone, tile, and specialty surfaces in residential and commercial environments. Experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided for individuals who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the United States (required)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to communicate in English (bilingual a plus)

Professional appearance and hygiene

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Occasional Saturday availability

Smoke-free and drug-free work environment

Responsibilities

Assist with jobsite setup, breakdown, and organization

Follow training protocols and quality standards

Document work using company systems (photos and notes)

Maintain clean vehicles, tools, and work areas

Review completed work for imperfections and address them
